Our hats are ethically crafted using a blend of 50% Paper and 50% Palm Leaf, an environmentally safe material carefully molded into a classic cowboy hat shape. After drying, each hat undergoes a three-coat painting process that hardens the structure and helps it retain its form. A band is then meticulously applied to the bottom of the crown, and a 0.5" sweatband is sewn in, creating an extremely versatile and comfortable hat.
